Utility -

- Per Diem position for events consisting of waitstaff serving,
buffet serving and set up, table set up, break down, etc. Must be

| Main Dining Room / Dining-In Locations |
Dining-in Manager - Responsible
to help the Dining Staff with Dining-in events. Responsible for
student volunteers for waitstaff and in setting up, breaking down,
serving and other Dining-in positions. Must be able to commit to
most (if not all) Dining-in events and must have participated in
Dining-in both as a diner, as well as a student volunteer.

Student Promotion Coordinator (SPC) -
The SPC is responsible to help the Dining Services staff plan, market
and implement Dining Services promotions including retail location
promotions and Main Dining Room promotions. Must be able to
commit to working several events throught the school year, including
some weekends.
